CANCELLATION TERMS
When Company Euroyacht d.o.o. receives a written notice of cancellation, re-scheduling or issuing
vouchers is possible only at least 14 days (2 weeks) before charter starts.
Re-scheduling is possible on any available same or similar boat but under conditions (prices +
discounts) active on the selected week/s at the moment.
Difference in price range on selected week/s needs to be paid but if price of selected week is cheaper,
we do not refund.
CONDITIONS FOR THE POSSIBILITY OF CANCELING THE RESERVATION
- The border of the host country or the Client ́s country is officially closed
- A quarantine of 7 days or more is unconditionally imposed upon travellers returning from
Croatia or the Zadar county; boating is officially prohibited in the region where charter base is placed on a starting date of charter.
Important!
The obligation of a Covid-19 test (PCR) before or after the trip, disruptions related to
transportation difficulties, Government recommendations or similar, are not reasons eligible for a refund or re-scheduling.
